Completed: Master Class in Enhanced Periodontal Skills, Eastman UCL
Jacquelin qualified as a dental hygienist at Dundee Dental Hospital in 1987 and started her career at the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) treating patients at the oral surgery and periodontal clinics. After a year at ARI she gained experience in general practice in Scotland before leaving to work in private practice in Munich in 1991.
The challenging and interesting work in Munich developed Jacquelin’s skills in treating and managing adult patients with periodontal disease and dental implants, as well as maintaining oral health for patients undergoing advanced restorative dental work.
After returning to the UK in 2000 Jacquelin has continued to work in specialist periodontal and restorative clinics in Cheltenham and Oxford as well as maintaining her skills by attending conferences and courses in Vienna, Geneva, London and Birmingham.
In addition to dental hygiene Jacquelin has also gained a 1st Class Honours degree and post graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture with an interest in planning and urban design.
